Terms of Service

By accessing or using The Vibe Waco website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, business owners, advertisers, and others who access or use the Platform.

You agree to use The Vibe Waco Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform; use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission; or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Business owners who submit listings must: provide accurate and current business information; have authorization to represent the listed business; ensure images are owned or properly licensed; keep listing information updated; and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Vibe Waco reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet these guidelines.

Event submissions must: be for events occurring in or relevant to Waco and Central Texas; include accurate dates, times, and locations; not contain false or misleading information; and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or remove events that are misleading, duplicate, or otherwise inappropriate.

Businesses submitting coupons must: honor all coupons as described; provide accurate discount details, expiration dates, and redemption instructions; not use coupons as bait-and-switch tactics; and ensure coupon codes function properly. The Vibe Waco is not responsible for honoring coupon offers; that responsibility rests solely with the participating business.

Employers posting jobs must: provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and pay information; not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, or other protected status; not post fraudulent or multi-level marketing opportunities; and respond to applicants in a reasonable timeframe. Job postings that are misleading or violate employment laws will be removed.

Advertisers must: provide accurate information about products and services; not use deceptive marketing practices; ensure all claims are substantiated; and comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations. The Vibe Waco reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that is misleading, offensive, or non-compliant with these guidelines.

Users who submit content to The Vibe Waco (including business listings, events, jobs, coupons, reviews, and images) grant The Vibe Waco a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

The following content is strictly prohibited on The Vibe Waco: illegal products or services; adult or explicit content; hate speech or discriminatory material; weapons, firearms, or explosives; counterfeit goods; gambling; content that promotes violence or harm; and any content that violates local, state, or federal laws. Violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.

The Vibe Waco reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing, event, job posting, coupon, review, or other content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We may remove content that violates these Terms, is reported by users, or that we determine is inappropriate for any reason.

Paid services on The Vibe Waco include directory listings, advertising placements, featured upgrades, and other premium options. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the pricing and terms displayed at checkout. All directory listings and advertising purchases are valid through December 31 of the year purchased, and renew on January 1 annually unless cancelled.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for directory listings, advertising placements, or other digital services once your listing or advertisement has been published. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your listing from being displayed, please contact us at contact@thevibewaco.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward future services.

The Vibe Waco is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. The Vibe Waco, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

The Vibe Waco name, logo, design, content, and software are the property of The Vibe Waco and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branded materials without permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective owners, subject to the license granted above.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
